Isabel Marant Bekett Blue Wedge Sneaker

Everything I'm wearing (except jewelry) were all Carmel trip purchases. I took these pictures inside because I have yet to wear these Isabel Marant wedge sneakers (blue in Bekett style) in public. I’m trying to decide if I want to keep or sell them on Ebay. I’m just not sure that I’m cool enough to pull them off. And I don’t necessarily think it’s a “being a mom thing,” as Gisele Bundchen, Alessandra Ambrosio and Miranda Kerr pull them off with style. Of course they are supermodel moms and hence I am just a mom. Oh well, tell me what you think! Here’s what I’m wearing . . .

 

So while I had reservations about buying these Isabel Marant wedge sneakers, I felt I had to take the plunge knowing they were sold out everywhere. And on the rare chance they actually do appear on Net-A-Porter they sell out in seconds! The store in Carmel had two left and only one in my size, so I told Linsay I have to buy them now as I probably won’t have the opportunity to do so again. Before the Carmel trip I had been researching online where to find the Isabel Marant wedge sneakers and I honestly thought if I got them I would want them in blue. The justification was that I wear my blue Louboutins (seen in this post) with everything and I have a lot of blue high heels. So now that I was able to snag them can I actually get away with them! Of course my husband hates them! Don’t hold back what’s your honest opinion and why do they have such a cult following?
